Autopsy: Man overdosed on drugs at Bonnaroo music festival


IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE– AN AUTOPSY REPORT SHOWS THE MAN THAT DIED DURING THIS YEAR’S BONNAROO MUSIC FESTIVAL IN MANCHESTER OVERDOSED ON DRUGS. THE REPORT SHOWS THAT 27- YEAR-OLD RYAN DUNLEAVY HAD DIFFERENT DRUGS IN HIS SYSTEM, INCLUDING FENTANYL AND ECSTASY. DUNLEAVY WAS CAMPING WITH HIS FATHER DURING THE MUSIC FESTIVAL ON JUNE 15-TH WHEN HE WAS FOUND UN-RESPONSIVE, BUT BREATHING. THE DAVIDSON COUNTY MEDICAL OFFICE DEEMED DUNLEAVY’S MANNER OF DEATH AS “ACCIDENTAL” PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIALS IN NORTH CAROLINA HAVE ID’ED THE LIKELY SOURCE OF AN ILLNESS FROM A FOOD FUNDRAISER LAST MONTH.
